Come Prepared.

Here are a few things to help you get the best experience from your class.

  • Try not to exercise on an empty stomach, but don’t eat too much just before your class!

  • Wear comfortable exercise clothing and footwear (Yoga is typically barefoot)

  • Bring a bottle of water

  • If taking a mat based class, or a sound bath, make sure to remember your mat and any other equipment you might need (e.g. block, strap, towel, blanket, cushion)

  • Arrive in plenty of time before your class

  • Set your phone to silent or turn it off

  • Hand sanitiser, antibacterial spray and antibacterial wipes will be available to use before and after classes
